On April 11, 2019, the Institute of International Relations, the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Warsaw and the Krzysztof Skubiszewski Foundation organized the 8th Symposium named after Minister Krzysztof Skubiszewski, titled MORALITY IN PUBLIC LIFE. The state of decay or a new norm? The event took place at the University of Warsaw, in the auditorium of professor Jan Baszkiewicz, Collegium Politicum.
The symposium was opened by prof. Stanisław Sulowski, Dean of the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies, then prof. Piotr Skubiszewski, President of the Krzysztof Skubiszewski Foundation, awarded the prize in the “Competition named after Minister Krzysztof Skubiszewski for the best master’s thesis in the field of Polish foreign policy after 1945”. The introductory lecture was delivered by Adam Zagajewski, and in a panel discussion moderated by dr hab. Agnieszka Bieńczyk-Missala took part: prof. Aniela Dylus, Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, Aleksander Klich-Siewiorek, Gazeta Wyborcza, prof. Roman Kuźniar, University of Warsaw, prof. Alfred Wierzbicki, Catholic University of Lublin.
