The publication published by an international research team at the British legal publishing house Intersentia is the result of the European project: Leonardo da Vinci – Transfer of Innovation, which was coordinated by Dr. Łukasz Gołota. The book was published simultaneously in Chicago, Antwerp, and Cambridge.

This book offers different perspectives on China’s business and law. It aims to offer an introduction into both theoretical and practical aspects of China’s law on foreign-related business affairs.
