On Tuesday, June 12th14.30-16.30 the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies with the Institute of International Relations will hold a workshop/consulations with Professor Ganguly for PhD students and Doctoral candidates. The workshop will take place in room 303 Collegium Politicum, Main Campus of the University of Warsaw.
PhD students and doctoral candidates are invited to submit their thesis proposals for a workshop/consultations with Prof. Sumit Ganguly from Indiana University.
Students are asked to prepare the following documents in English:
- An abstract (200-300words) of their proposed research project/thesis which is in the field of international relations and deals with Asia-Pacific region.
- 2-3 page long paper based on their research project, which includes: research puzzle, hypothesis, 1-2 research questions, literature review, literature gap, structure, aim and proposed research methods.
Students of the Department of Political Science and International Studies, who would like to submit their application are asked to do so by 10th of June 12.00 to Ms Barbara Kratiuk M.A. Soft copies should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with the title: Workshop with Sumit Ganguly.
The meetings are being held in relation to the launch of Prof. Ganguly new book “Oxford Handbook of India’s National Security”. Prof. Ganguly’s visit is part of the programme “Faculty Plan for Individualization of Education – Lectures of Visiting Experts from Abroad”
