On the day of 14th January 2010 –Centre for Contemporary India Reseach and Studies came into existence after the opening Ceremony in New Delhi. The opening ceremony was chaired by the by Polish Ambassador to India, Professor Piotr Kłodkowski. It is a glaring fact that the foundation was established after the opening of the Center for Contemporary India Research in Poland in partnership with various Universities in India. This Center was started to serve as a pool for exchange of cultural, research and economic between India and Poland. With the understanding and cooperation of its supporters, Centre for Contemporary India Reseach and Studies has envision in making a significant contribution to laying a strong foundation towards strengthened bilateral relations between Poland and India.
